Get the tune-up before the first cold snap
Book your annual furnace tune-up in September or early October, before the first real cold snap. A clean flame sensor, a fresh ignitor check, and a combustion analysis catches the small issues while they're still small - and well before our dispatch board fills up with no-heat emergency calls. Flame sensor cleaning alone extends furnace life by years.
