Service descriptions, maintenance-plan tiers, and pricing shown on the site are indicative. Final quotes are issued after a technician evaluates the work in person. Promotions are valid only when stated on the site at the time you booked and may exclude certain equipment.
Online booking
Online booking is provided by HouseCall Pro. Submitting a booking does not guarantee a slot — we confirm scheduling by phone, text, or email, typically within one business day. For emergencies, call us directly at (330) 469-6701.
Warranty and workmanship
Our workmanship and parts warranties are documented on the written estimate or invoice for each job. Manufacturer warranties (Generac, HVAC equipment, refrigeration brands) are governed by the manufacturer's terms and typically require documented annual maintenance.

The site is provided "as is." We don't make legal promises beyond what we include in the signed estimate or invoice for your job. We aren't responsible for losses from third-party sites we link to.
