Local heating stock in Howland
Howland Township is right next door to our shop and runs newer than the steel-town cores. The housing is dominated by 1960s-through-1990s ranch and colonial subdivisions, with high-end newer construction along King Graves Road. Howland's subdivisions were built duct-ready with central air, so cooling work here is clean and conventional. The most common issue is a 20-to-30-year-old condenser at the end of its life, or an original unit that was oversized for the home and short-cycles through humid afternoons.
